▪️COB製品のキャリブレーションについて
当社では、COB（Chip on Board）LED製品の品質を最大限に引き出すため、専用のキャリブレーション工程を実施しています。
キャリブレーション前のCOBは、パネルごとに微細な色味の差が生じることがあります。
具体的には、白色にわずかなピンク味が混ざったり、明るさや色温度にばらつきが出たりする場合があります。
これらの差異は一見すると小さく見えますが、大型ビジョンや高精細表示では映像全体の印象を左右する重要な要素となります。
▪️キャリブレーション方法
当社では、専用のキャリブレーションカメラを使用し、LEDパネルを暗室環境で撮影します。
カメラが取得した光学データを専用ソフトウェアで解析し、その結果をLEDコントローラーへ反映させることで、色味や輝度を自動的に補正します。
この工程により、パネル全体の色と輝度が均一化され、純度の高い「真っ白」を再現することが可能になります。
なお、このようなキャリブレーション設備を自社で保有している企業は国内でも多くはありません。
▪️作業時間について
キャリブレーション作業は、施工面積にもよりますが、
およそ3時間程度を要します。
光データの読み取りからソフトウェア補正までを丁寧に行うため、一定の時間は必要ですが、その分、完成後の表示品質は大きく向上します。
キャリブレーション後の品質
キャリブレーション後のCOB製品は、色ムラが解消され、白色の純度と均一性が大幅に改善されます。
これにより、映像のクリアさや表現力が向上し、より高品質な表示環境を実現できます。

■ COB Product Calibration
To maximize the performance of our COB (Chip on Board) LED products, we implement a dedicated calibration process using specialized equipment.
Before calibration, slight color variations may occur between panels due to manufacturing tolerances. For example, white may appear slightly pinkish, or minor differences in brightness and color temperature may be visible.
While these variations may seem minimal, in large-scale LED walls and high-resolution display environments, even subtle inconsistencies can significantly affect overall image uniformity and visual quality. In particular, accurate white reproduction is a critical factor in determining display performance.
■ Calibration Method
We use a professional calibration camera to capture the LED panels in a controlled dark-room environment.
The optical data collected by the camera is analyzed using dedicated calibration software. The correction data is then transmitted to the LED controller to precisely adjust color balance and brightness.
Through this process, the luminance and chromaticity of all panels are unified, enabling the reproduction of a pure and natural white tone across the entire display.
It is worth noting that only a limited number of companies in Japan possess and operate in-house calibration systems of this level.
